Shipping & Returns

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 8–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

If a ritual isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Email vehleyauraco@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
