At Veh Ley Aura, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vehleyaura.com.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must remain in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, used wellness products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
